People Development Partner
At NORMAL we are looking for an experienced People Development Partner in Finland who will be an important part of our People Development team. You will be based at our head office in Helsinki but will primarily have activities in stores - in your regions in the country.
Your role
As a People Development Partner, you will be the link between our People Development initiatives and the everyday life in our Finnish stores. You will be given a wide range of tasks – from recruitment and onboarding to leadership development and business partnering – all with a focus on developing both people and the organization. You will participate in leadership group meetings and contribute actively to the People agenda.
Your responsibilities
· Drive and support recruitment processes primarily at management level
· Be a close sparring partner for the leaders in your regions - also in relation to strengthening our leadership pipeline
· Drive and support onboarding of new employees and managers
· Teach at our internal management training courses and run workshops
· Facilitate leadership development initiatives and ensure that concepts become practice
· Contribute to the development and implementation of People Development activities in everyday life

You have a high drive, like to take initiative and do not wait for others to get you started. You think business and people together - and can translate strategic initiatives into concrete actions. You are also ambitious as a sparring partner and not afraid to get involved.

· have years of experience with recruitment and leadership development – preferably from a larger retail organization
· have worked in a leadership role yourself
